A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident, client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor, with Healthcare experience, to join one of the UKs leading Construction & Property Consultancies based out of their Leeds office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join one of the world’s most well-known and highly regarded Consultancies, working in a team of 15, based out of their Leeds office 2-3 days per week, with the option to work remotely the remainder.
The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a Global firm operating across Australia, Asia, Europe, The US, UK and the Middle East with long term opportunities to move abroad if desired.
Working out of their thriving Healthcare team, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on a broad variety of exciting upcoming projects, primarily in the Private sector up to £50m+, leading projects from inception to completion.
With a well-established senior leadership team who can offer unrivalled support with Chartership, this could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for further development with rapid progression to Associate and beyond.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally have:
* A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
* MRICS or currently working towards
* Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
* Strong Pre and Post Contract experience
* Healthcare or Life Sciences project experience
