A small, award-winning Construction Consultancy in Birmingham is looking to add a client facing Senior Construction Project Manager to their dynamic team.
The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
The successful Senior Construction Project Manager will join a close-knit consultancy which operates out of two strategic offices, one in Birmingham and one in London.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Employers Agents and Quantity Surveyors comprising of 16 professionals from Apprentice to Director levels.
Project wise, the incoming Senior Project Manager will have an exciting variety to sink their teeth into which includes Residential, Education, Healthcare / Blue Light, Commercial, Regeneration and Mixed-Use.
This presents the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager, from a construction background, to take a step up into a Senior role. Or, an established Senior Project Manager eager to join a friendly, flexible and close knit team primed for a clear route to an Associate role.
The Senior Construction Project Manager
The new Senior Project Manager will ideally have a broad variety of experience across a range of sectors, will be hands-on and driven, poised to progress within a growing team. You will also have:
* A Construction related degree qualification (Project/Construction Management, Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying)
* Previous Project Management experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
* Professional accreditations (such as RICS, APM, or equivalent) or currently working towards
* A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion through all RIBA stages
