Duties include:
* In conjunction with Client Value Management help develop the Firm’s fee agreements - at the Firm, Department, Practice/Industry Group, and Client levels - considering current best practices and including analysis of prior work.
* Manage complex data extraction, manipulation and analysis, and prepare reports and/or dashboards where appropriate.
* Maintain and update fee arrangement databases.
* Assist fee earners with alternative fee models.
* Assist Client Value team with analysis projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in financial analysis, data analysis or paralegal field Experience within a large law firm, professional service firm and/or shared services environment is desirable
* Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including use of pivot tables, V-lookup, charts/graphs, macros, what/if statements, financial formulas)
* Strong analytical skills, a high degree of intellectual curiosity, and the ability to engage with other team members in addressing a variety of business issues
