Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee electrical installations on a high end residential project. This role involves managing daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:
* Reviewing drawings and coordinating material distribution.
* Communicating effectively with site labour.
* Enforcing health and safety policies and method statements.
* Managing material schedules and orders.
* Maintaining a site diary to record and report issues.
* Monitoring site progress and guiding operatives.
* Coordinating with main contractors on access and material deliveries.
* Ensuring high standards of quality and safety on site.
* Preparing construction programmes and managing resourcing issues.
* Attending site meetings and managing risks.
* Ensuring all work complies with specifications and is properly documented.
