Job Description:
My client’s National Residential Development Team is expanding in their Bristol office and has an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor 0-5 years PQE to join and support their growing workload on regional and national residential projects.
The Team:
The team are immersed in a variety of dynamic projects that include:
* Brownfield site regeneration schemes
* Mixed-use developments
* Urban extensions
* Strategic land purchases and developments
* Joint ventures and collaborations
* Development and disposal of new housing neighbourhoods
The Role:
* Collaborate as part of the National Team on diverse and impactful projects.
* Draft and negotiate contracts for acquisitions, developments, and disposals.
* Conduct and supervise due diligence and reporting processes.
* Provide clients with focused legal advice, aligning with their commercial objectives.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through direct communication and reporting.
* Engage in business development and assist with client management.
* Contribute to writing articles and client updates.
* Ensure compliance with client and firm protocols, financial management requirements, and data protection standards.
The Candidate:
* Qualified solicitor with 0-5 years of PQE in Real Estate.
* Excellent technical skills and the ability to navigate complex legal issues.
* A commercial mindset, focusing on practical solutions for clients.
* Team-oriented and collaborative, with a collegiate approach.
* Confident communicator capable of developing relationships and influencing at all levels.
* Highly organized, with a methodical approach to managing multiple Real Estate matters simultaneously.
