This role is an interim opportunity for circa 3 months with the possibility to extend beyond this to support an organisation through a period of change. This would be a good opportunity for an experienced HR professional with OD, ER, Policy and Payroll experience to come in on short notice and support through exciting times.

Description
The Interim Senior HRBP will be responsible for:
* Operate as a true HR Business Partner

* Support on T&C changes and harmonisation between legal entities while fostering relationships with stakeholders and managing their expectations

* Case management of complex ER cases that have been escalated

* Support the payroll team through processing on a manual system

* Potential to support on restructure programs

Profile
The ideal Interim Senior HRBP will have the following skills/qualities:
* Seasoned HR Contractor with proven success in interim opportunities
* Demonstrable experience in organisational development, change management and employee relations case management
* Ideal candidates will have experience in the Industrial Industry
* Discrete, and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy
* High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
* Flexible approach to workload in a busy environment
* Immediately Available/Available on short notice
Job Offer
The Interim Senior HRBP will receive:
* A competitive pay rate - up to £330 PAYE or £385 Umbrella daily rate
* Hybrid working (3 times a week in office)
* 3 month assignment with possibility of extension
