Description
* Provide expert HR advice and support to employees and management
* Handle employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinaries
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Participate in the recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to interviewing candidates
* Coordinate training and development initiatives
* Manage HR records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date
* Support the HR Manager with various HR projects
* Comply with all legal and company regulations pertaining to HR
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
* Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
