Job Title: Private Client Associate
Location: London
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

The firm’s London office is seeking a talented Private Client Associate to join their growing international Private Client team. This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career within a highly respected legal practice.
Role Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Private Client Associate to join their esteemed team. You will undertake a broad range of private client work predominantly for individuals with international connections, including:
* Advising on pre-immigration tax planning
* The remittance basis of taxation and statutory resident test
* Estate planning for non-domiciled individuals
* Global asset structuring
* Succession planning and family governance for international families
* Advising on the UK tax treatment of investment in the UK, including UK property holding structures
* Advising on all aspects of offshore trust, estate planning, and other related tax and fiduciary work
Ideal Candidate:
* A 2-7 PQE Solicitor with International Private Client experience
* Proven ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong technical ability and drafting skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, ambitious, and organised with a keen eye for detail
* Committed to providing exceptional client service
