Northamptonshire Children’s Trust was established in November 2020 to deliver Children’s Services to the newly established North and West Northants County Councils. About the role:
* Can you build really good strength-based relationships with children, young people and their families to make a positive difference? As a Children’s Safeguarding Social Worker, you will play a critical role in protecting and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
* You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing interventions to safeguard children and support families in crisis.
* Your work will involve collaboration with various professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for the children in your care.
* Our friendly, supportive Safeguarding teams work in a creative and solution focussed way to keep children, young people and families together when it is safe to do so.
* The team are highly supportive and use a relational practice approach.
* Our Safeguarding teams cover a large diverse county with a number of offices across Northamptonshire including; Northampton, Daventry, Corby, Kettering and Wellingborough.
