Job Title: Mobile Fabric Engineer
Location: This is a field based, mobile position covering Stockport.
Salary: £24,000-£25,000. Plus benefits (see below)

The Role-
* Undertaking all building fabric activities such as patch repairs
* Minor plumbing
* Carpentry
* Painting and decorating
The Candidate-
Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, construction sector or similar, Level 2/3 City and Guilds.
