Interim Finance Opportunities – Capital (x2)
Location: London, hybrid 2 days on site
Length: 3 months (Possibility of extension)
IR35 Status: Inside
Key Responsibilities of the Interim Senior Finance Business Partner – Capital Finance:
* Extensive experience with Capital Receipts
* Analysis of the viability of projects using the analysis framework
* Strong stakeholder management
* Must be fully Qualified with extensive Local Government experience
* Participating and networking with external parties and partners nationally
* Ensuring income monitoring position is understood and mitigating corrective action taken where an overspend is projected
* Overseeing income modelling to determine financial impact of future service demands, changes in legislation and other factors determining resource requirements
Key Responsibilities of the Interim Finance Partner:
* Extensive experience with Capital Returns
* Experience with dealing ledgers
* Participating and networking with external parties and partners nationally
* Reviewing the viability and value for money of various development schemes ensuring they comply with the overall financial framework
* Can be part Qualified
* To play a significant role in the council’s capital expenditure and income monitoring and control process and in preparing the council’s statutory annual accounts
