Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (SEN)

* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
* Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
* Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
* Support students with their personal care needs, if required.
* Participate in school events and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with students with special educational needs, preferably in an educational setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, teachers, and parents.
* Ability to adapt to the individual needs of students and provide personalised support.
* A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their academic and personal development.
