Case Manager Required
Location: Berkshire
Duration: Permanent
Hours: 35
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: Dependent on Experience

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing a case load focusing on high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse
* Providing individual support planning
* Contributimg to regular service reviews
* Developing and maintaining effective partnership working with statutory, private and voluntary agencies to address the issue of domestic abuse
* Maintaining a proactive response to service users, continuously providing positive options for behaviour change
* Addressing identified needs and risks, and promoting understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience is a relevant role
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to own car
* Enhanced DBS
