Description
* Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer experience and engagement.
* Manage the delivery of CRM initiatives across various channels.
* Analyse customer behavior to inform strategy and improve customer journey.
* Work closely with marketing and sales teams to drive campaigns and promotions.
* Monitor and report on CRM performance, identifying areas for improvement.
* Ensure customer database is accurate and up to date.
* Stay informed of industry trends and developments in CRM.
* Coordinate with the IT team to troubleshoot any CRM system issues.
Profile
A successful Digital Marketing Executive - CRM should have:
