We are looking for registered nurses to join our innovative and dynamic organization. The trust provides a range of mental health and physical health services to children, young people, and adults across South West England within both community and inpatient settings.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs of care; may be required to teach other nursing and non-nursing staff.
* Provide designated nurse responsibility for several patients.
* Provide leadership, supervision, and support to junior staff, both qualified and unqualified, in the absence of the Clinical Team Leader and Unit Manager during the normal shift pattern, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to deliver high-quality care to service users.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Must be registered as a Registered Mental Nurse with the NMC.
* Requires at least 6 months of post-registration NHS experience in a mental health setting.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to supervise and support team members, demonstrating reliability, confidence, and commitment.
