Skills:
* Extensive and broad digital skillset
* Experience working across all online acquisition channels
* Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing communications
* Evidential Social Media and digital content creation, planning & management
* Passion for websites, familiarity with e-commerce and WordPress platforms
* Comprehensive in email marketing campaigns and growth strategies
* Knowledgeable in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC)
* Skilled in Google Advertising, Social Media Advertising and Display Advertising
* Performance reporting utilising advanced analytics software to measure key metrics
* Capability to set and achieve self-driven KPI’s
* Strong visual communicator and innovative problem solver
* Good people and project management skills
* Ability to cope under pressure with the self-confidence to voice ideas  
* Professional attitude and hardworking approach to time, costs and deadlines
* Excellent task management & organisational skills
Desirables:
* Copywriting and content creation
* Background in Brand Management - Building and maintaining a strong online brand presence including across multiple social media channels (Asana)
* Experience in webinars and online training portals
* Creative thinker essential, with design skills desirable
