Data Analyst
£35,000 - £37,000
Remote (1x day per month in Peterborough office)
We have partnered exclusively with one of East England’s inspiring property development associations. Their aim is to provide affordable properties and quality housing services for neighbourhoods across the East. They’re a fantastic organisation with plenty of involvement with local communities as well as national partnerships - and they’re looking for a Data Analyst to help inform future investment decisions and improve their current processes.
The Role:
* Coordinate data collection and management across the business to support investment programs.
* Validate and audit data quality.
* Develop data validation rules and ensure ongoing compliance.
* Implement corrective actions to resolve data issues and maintain data integrity.
* Work closely with management to support decision-making using data
* Optimise current systems, automate processes, and increase efficiency.
Requirements:
* Previous experience with property data
* Strong data management skills
* SSRS reporting and SQL experience
* Civica Keystone experience
* Full, unrestricted right to work in the UK
* Comfortable working remotely
