Job Description:
Human Resources Manager - Part-Time. Position: Human Resources Manager. Location: Oxford, with parking and flexible hybrid workijng. Salary: £50,000 FTE (£30,000 pro rata) plus benefits . Hours: 21 hours per week (3 days per week) . About the Role: . We are delighted to be working with a leading national organsiation, in their search for a dedicated Human Resources Manager.  . Key Responsibilities:. * Employee Relations: Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.. * Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organisation. * Policy Development: Lead the enhancement of HR policies, ensuring they align with best practices and organisational goals.. * Employee Satisfaction: Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.. * Performance Management: Develop performance evaluation systems and provide guidance to managers.. * Budget Management: Efficiently manage the HR departmental budget.. Person Specification:. * Proven HR management experience (minimum two years of managerial experience).. * Current knowledge of Employment Law and trends.. * CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.. * Strong organisational skills and a positive attitude.. * Solution-oriented approach and commitment to HR principles.. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.. * Valid UK driving license..
