This role involves working closely with clients to help them achieve their dream home moves. My client is renowned for their extensive knowledge and expertise, handling a wide range of property transactions from large landed estates to Chester city centre apartments. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that clients face minimal risk, delay, and stress throughout the buying, selling, and moving process.
  
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance on sales and purchases, including leasehold tenure.
* Handle re-mortgaging and transfers of equity.
* Manage new leases, lease extensions, and shared ownership transactions.
* Assist with gifting, transferring, auctions, sales of part, and other specialist transactions.
* Oversee new builds and first registrations, including rights of long user and boundaries.
* Advise on easements and other property rights.
* Maintain accreditation standards under the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS).
* Use plain English in all correspondence to ensure clarity for clients.
