Your role & responsibilities:
• Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
• Adapting teaching support according to student needs
• Looking after childrens physical, social and emotional welfare
• Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate

Non-negotiables:
• Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting
• Must have relevant professional or personal experience working alongside SEND children
• Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc.) or relevant experience
• Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
