ABOUT THE FIRM
Our client is seeking a dedicated Property Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic team in Liverpool. The Property Litigation Paralegal will work with clients to resolve disputes arising from business lease renewals, service charge disputes, dilapidation claims, forfeiture, break notices, and other complex issues related to commercial landlord and tenant relationships.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Property Litigation Paralegal you will provide solid support to the property litigation team and clients during mediation or litigation. Your responsibilities will vary depending on your level of experience, but you will ensure service standards are consistently delivered, liaise proactively with clients, manage diaries, and handle client and court correspondence. You will also be responsible for opening and closing client files on the case management system. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
ABOUT YOU
You will have proven experience in property litigation and enjoy working with a diverse range of clients. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be the first point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on their cases. You should have a good working knowledge of civil procedure rules.. Additionally, you must be able to manage and build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven approach are also crucial for this role.
