About the Role:
A UK General Counsel role reporting to the CEO, sitting on the UK Ex-co and leading the UK team. Working closely with varied internal stakeholders, the successful candidate will understand the strategic direction of the business and optimise the team to deliver, while being part of the decision-making processes that push the organisation forward.
About You:
The role will suit a Head of Legal or AGC looking to progress their career upwards while continuing their learning curve. Leadership and the ability to manage the team are key considerations for the role. Candidates with in-house experience within fintech and financial services environments will be readily considered. You will be an experienced lawyer with the ability to adapt quickly to the business, helping to shape the role and the broader team to ensure it can successfully service internal stakeholders and the UK leadership. You will be adaptable in the face of moving parts and will require little hand-holding.
