This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, results-driven, and has a proven track record in recruitment. The successful candidate will manage recruitment campaigns, build relationships with colleagues and line managers, and ensure a consistent candidate experience.. .  What you’ll be doing:. * Build and maintain credible and trusting relationships with colleagues and line managers to provide recruitment guidance.. * Manage the recruitment process in line with the recruitment policy to support hiring managers.. * Write adverts and draft job descriptions, using the ATS and systems.. * Respond to candidate enquiries and applications in a timely and professional manner.. * Attend job fairs and open days to promote the organisation and attract potential candidates.. * Utilise social media platforms to reach out to a broader audience of potential candidates.. * Build and maintain a candidate database, and conduct headhunting when necessary.. * Provide recruitment performance data to help refine the recruitment strategies.. * Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.  . What you’ll need:. * Good standard of education, degree level qualification is desirable.. * CIPD qualification is also desirable.. * Proven experience in recruitment, with knowledge of recruitment legislation.. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.. * Intermediate Excel skills are desirable.. * Strong negotiation and communication skills.. * Experience with recruitment systems and databases..
