An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Head of Financial Accounting and Reporting. The role reports directly to Head of Finance.

As the Head of Financial Accounting and reporting you will: -
* Play a significant role in managing and promoting a best-in-class financial control and reporting framework.
* Lead key projects such as adoption of IFRS15 and IFRS16,
Other Duties will include
* Ensuring comprehensive accountability for monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and governing central risks and control over the central balance sheet.
* Managing technical and central accounting areas
* You will ensure that all reconciliations are fully reconciled
* Provide solutions for technical accounting scenarios to commercial teams.
* Lead adoption of IFRS15/16 for group and ensure transition with wider teams
* Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes
* Manage cash flow position, short and long term
* Manage capex spend approvals and compliance.
* Lead the audit process, collaborating with the wider group and Finance team.
* Manage external relationships with banks, auditors and advisors
