Teaching Assistant
*Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire
*Contract: Full-Time

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive Primary school in the Wakefield region. This role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a supportive learning environment and make a significant impact on our KS2 pupils’ educational journey.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Assist in the preparation and delivery of engaging lessons to enhance the learning experience of students.
*Provide support to individual pupils or small groups to ensure they achieve their full potential.
*Help create and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment.
*Participate actively in school events and activities, contributing to the school’s community spirit.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a relevant educational role.
*Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
*A positive, patient, and caring approach to student development.
*A collaborative spirit, willing to work as part of a team to achieve the best outcomes for students.
