Our Sales & Service division is going through an upward transformation and we are looking for an ambitious individual to join a great team, a supportive manager and a successful business in our London office.

We offer you an excellent commission structure with no threshold for 6 months and a reduced one up to 12 months with huge potential to earn well with our standard commission structure after 12 months, clear progression and industry leading training to ensure you are given the tools to be successful in your career!

Description:
* Build rapport with candidates and clients
* Create new business opportunities through creating a marketing plan to successfully win new business
* Maximise on existing business opportunities
* Attend client meetings to pitch for new business
* Interview prospective candidates for new roles as well as presenting them to prospective businesses
* Provide a high class services to everyone via phone, email and face to face
* Advise and consult with clients on trends
* Support the manager of the department with the team during absence or as and when needed

To be considered for this role you will need experience within agency recruitment and experience building your own business network to further grow.
