Title: Protection Development Manager
Salary: £52k plus bonus
Location: Central Scotland / Home-based (with occasional travel across Scotland and North England)

We are looking for a Protection Development Manager who is passionate about supporting and coaching colleagues to excel in protection conversations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of home working and occasional travel to mix up the work week.
You would be visiting branches across Scotland and North England, with minimal travel down south.

What will you be doing?
* Travel to branches across Scotland and cities in North of England to provide in-person support and training
* Provide coaching and support to colleagues to enhance their protection conversation skills
* Present to colleagues and network with providers to stay abreast of industry developments
* Home working is a significant part of the role, with travel required occasionally
* Travel to the south is only necessary approximately once every six months
* Conduct protection workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions

About you:
* Proven experience in coaching and developing staff in a financial services environment.
* Ability to travel as needed while managing a flexible home-based work schedule
* Self-motivated with a passion for professional development and training
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong presentation and networking skills
