The firm is recognised for its sector excellence and focus on consumer products: energy; financial institutions; hotels & leisure; infrastructure & projects; life sciences & healthcare; real estate; and technology, media & telecommunications.

Leveraging its huge global network to provide truly international offering, the firm’s UK Antitrust, Competition and Trade team advises across the full range of UK and EU antitrust, competition and trade matters.

They advise businesses and their boards on all aspects of merger control, competition and regulatory investigations, market studies and compliance. They also advise extensively in the related areas of Foreign Direct Investment controls, including the National Security and Investment Act, UK subsidy control, EU State aid, digital and sectoral regulation and public procurement.
They team also boast sectoral experience, including in technology, media and communications, life sciences and healthcare, consumer products/FMCG and retail, energy and infrastructure, automotive and real estate among other sectors.

The team are now seeking an experienced Associate/Senior Associate to join their practice in London.
