Description
As Head of HR, you will be responsible for;
* Developing and implementing the People Strategy alongside the CPO
* Manage the HR team
* Partner with Executive Leadership Team and provide advice, guidance and support
* Support with Leadership Development Programme
* Budget Management
Profile
The successful candidate will have;
* Proven track record operating at a Senior leadership level within HR, ideally ’Head of’ or ’Senior BP’ or ’HR Director’
* CIPD qualification
* Proven track record partnering with C suite population
* Self motivated to keep abreast with latest HR trends, best practice and changing government legislation
* Strong line management and leadership development skills
* Ideally with experience in a fast paced, predominantly blue collar environment such as logistics, manufacturing, retail, health care or similar.
