Job Description:
Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Paralegal to join their busy Company Commercial team.
The Company Commercial team deal with a wide range of matters for clients including business start-ups and sale and purchases of business and management buy-outs.
They also deal with commercial agreements, intellectual property, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and share options and offer advice on corporate matters including restructuring, mergers and corporate governance.
We are looking for a confident candidate with a keen interest in this area of law. You must have excellent client facing skills and be able to work to high standards of professionalism. You must also be able to work as a team member with fee-earners and support staff and across the wider firm.
Required qualifications, skills and experience
*Law Degree/LPC/SQE
*Excellent computer skills
*Excellent communication, organisational and administration skills
