REED HR are working with our corporate client based in Leatherhead in recruiting a Compensation and Benefits Business Partner on a 12 month Fixed Contract.. Compensation and Benefits Business Partner. Guildford. Hybrid. ROLE SNAPSHOT. * Provide advice and guidance to the business on all aspects of Compensation and Benefits using expertise to challenge and influence traditional review of reward. * Position the business as an Employer of Choice . * Suggest creative and other competitive ways to motivate and retain Talent. * Review/Design bonus programmes. * Deliver the Benefits review across the wider business. * Work with international teams to develop job capsules, salary bands ensuring accurate benchmarking data is assessed. * Design a compelling benefits brochure for the business.
