Our client is a well-established and modern Dorset-based law firm.  It services both business and Commercial Property areas of law..  The firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to support its Commercial Property team, managing a wide client base including property developers, owners and investors for all aspects of commercial property work including sales, and purchases, of an extensive range of land and property types and landlord and tenant work..  It is looking for Assistants to support its team of fee earners, providing administrative support across a range of cases. It is also seeking an experienced individual, who is motivated by a busy workload and can evidence proficiency in working with various versions of lengthy legal documents, to focus on one-to-one support for a senior partner..  To be considered for this role, you must have 1+ year’s experience as a Legal Assistant or your application will not be considered. .  Residential Conveyancing or Commercial Property experience is needed. .  (Please note, salary is a guideline and is based on relevant experience).
