Responsibilities will include: . * Procuring and negotiating contracts for new projects. * Advising on contract changes and lifecycle issues. * Handling distressed projects and contract disputes. * Managing contract expirations and asset handbacks. About You:. * You will be a newly qualified solicitor or a solicitor with up to 5 years’ PQE with a passion for infrastructure and projects. * Experience in construction, infrastructure/projects, or commercial contracts is desirable, but not essential.
