What will you do? . * Be responsible for your own conveyancing caseload of sales & purchases . * Manage the middle part of conveyancing transactions . * Your file will be set up by the legal support team and will be passed back to them for post completion matters. What will you need? . * To be considered for this role, you MUST have substantial Leasehold and Title Checking experience – Candidates without this experience will NOT be considered. * At least 5 years’ experience as a residential conveyancer . * To be used to working autonomously (to be able to thrive working remotely) . * To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive or Licensed Conveyancer . * Those who are not qualified, but have substantial conveyancing experience running your own caseload should get in touch . * A stable career history with evidence of longevity in your positions . * A real focus on customer care and delivering the best outcome for your clients.
