What will you do? . * Handle your own broad private client caseload  . * Advise on wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, deputyships and court of protection matters   . * Have exposure to agricultural matters . * Assist senior fee earners with more complex and challenging matters, improving your knowledge   . What will you need?. * To be a newly qualified private client solicitor, or have up to 3 years’ PQE  . * Private client experience from your training contract or after this . * Those who are part way through legal executive training are very welcome to apply  .
