Solicitor - Property Recoveries - Fully Remote
TSR are proudly partnering with a well-established firm based in England and Wales, who are looking for a talented and experienced litigation solicitor to join their Property Recovery team. The role is available as fully remote, however office working is available if preferred.
The Role:
* You will demonstrate a successful track record and ability to excel in the following areas:
* Acting for a number of large commercial / insurer clients in fast and multi-track property insurance litigation disputes
* Handling a varied workload in accordance with insurer client protocols
* Exercise full compliance with Client and internal protocols for billing and credit control and demonstrate a high level of financial management in respect of own files
* Supporting marketing and business development activities within the team
* Building effective internal and external networks in order to maximise cross-selling opportunities
What we’re looking for:
* Have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
* Demonstrate excellent client care skills.
* Work harmoniously with the broader team.
* Manage a diverse commercial property caseload (a mix of commercial and residential caseloads may also be considered).
* Be enthusiastic and willing to engage in the business development of the department, with the potential to establish their own department.
* Consistently achieve fee-earning targets with minimal supervision.
