General Cover Teacher * Rate: From £110 per day. * Location: Bracknell. * Job Type: Full-time. We are looking for passionate and dedicated General Cover Teachers to join us and work with our schools in Bracknell.  As a General Cover Teacher, you will ensure continuity during teacher absences and uphold our standard of quality education. Or be in a long-term role as an internal cover teacher, covering a range of different subjects each week.. Day-to-day of the role: * Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects and year groups, ensuring that learning objectives are met.. * Quickly adapt to different classroom environments and cater to diverse student needs.. * Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to create a supportive learning community.. * Follow existing lesson plans while maintaining a positive and conducive learning atmosphere.. * Utilise effective classroom management techniques to promote a respectful and focused environment.. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred but not essential.. * Flexibility to work full-time from Monday to Friday.. * Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.. * Proven ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain discipline.. * A commitment to continuous professional development and learning..
