Job Title: Site Manager
Project Locations: Nationwide
Salary: £45k - £55k PAYE or £18p/h - £22p/h CIS
Package: Company Van and Travel Expenses
Shift Pattern/Hours: 12 on, 2 off / 12-hour shifts / mixture of days & nights
About the Client:
Our client is a leading main contractor specializing in Retail and Commercial fitouts across the UK and Europe. The company has seen significant growth year on year, largely attributed to their commitment to organic development. With a robust pipeline of work and confirmed projects for the next 8 months, they are seeking to expand their team by hiring 2 permanent Site Managers.
Role Overview:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing fitouts, refurbishments, and small works across various retail clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in joinery and experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and onsite staff.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise.
Maintain accurate site records and reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager/Foreman in fitouts, refurbishments, and small works.
Joinery background preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Flexibility to work a mixture of day and night shifts as required.
