Description
* Provide administrative support to the office
* Arrange and coordinate meetings, including note-taking and agenda preparation
* Manage correspondence via email and phone
* Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
* Conduct research and compile data for reports
* Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial reports
* Manage diaries and organise travel arrangements
Profile
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail
* The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
* Experience in the Property industry, particularly in the Accounting & Finance sector
