Axon Moore are supporting a large international business based in West Yorkshire in the appointment an Interim Group Financial controller.

The successful candidate will be positioned in a highly visible role across the Group and will support the CFO in identifying and resolving key challenges.

The key roles and responsibilities for this person will include:
* Responsible for the financial and management accounting processes and systems
* Income statement and cash flow forecasting
* Responsible for the planning and preparation of the annual budgeting
* Financial and statutory reporting
* Engaging with internal and external stakeholders
* Responsible for month end controls and reconciliations
* Supporting the CFO with presentations and updates to external stakeholders
* Review of financial systems, controls and processes.

The ideal candidate requirements for this role will include the following:
* Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong technical accounting experience, ideally within a Group or Head Office function
* Managerial experience of leading and developing other finance staff
* Able to work in a complex, multi-site organisation
