Business Lecturer *Location: Harrow
*Duration: Temporary, ongoing
*Pay Rate: £25 - £35 per hour
We are seeking dedicated Business Lecturers to join our clients team on a temporary, ongoing basis. The roles involve teaching various business BTEC courses. We have multiple part-time positions available with varying hours throughout the week.
Day-to-day of the role: *Deliver high-quality teaching in Business up too BTEC Level 3.
*Prepare lesson plans and materials, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards.
*Engage and inspire students, fostering a positive learning environment.
*Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback.
*Maintain accurate records of student attendance, participation, and progress.
*Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and contribute to curriculum development.
*Stay updated with current trends and developments in the field of business education.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *A relevant teaching qualification.
*Experience in teaching business-related courses at a similar level.
*Strong understanding of the subject matter of Business.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*Ability to motivate and encourage students to excel in their studies.
*Proficient in planning, organising, and delivering engaging lessons.
*Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
