Role responsibilities
* Serve as a Lead Consultant on a portfolio of clients which can include some of the largest and more complex clients
* Build new and develop existing business through maintaining relationships, networking, attending events, seminars and being a knowledgeable expert in DC
* Contribute to future strategy for the team, working with the leadership team and local business leaders from other lines of business
* Responsible for Global DC management, helping clients analyse their plans both globally and locally, and optimising plan design features
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Defined Contributions Consultancy role
* Strong Pension Scheme Governance experience
* The ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and provider contacts at all levels
* Proven experience in managing projects and exceeding client expectations
