Job Description:
Events Administration:
* Assist in event organising, management and administration, including responsibility for bookings and customer liaison.
* One of team organising major events -- to be held at most prestigious venue.
* Attend evening and weekend events when required (occasional)
General Administration:
* Oversee customer relationships
* Order processing for books, events and merchandise
* Administration relating to new book publications
* Basic financial administrative tasks
* Be one of the telephone reception team
* Database management
* First point of contact for visitors
* Manage office stock and supplies
Assistant to General Manager with PA duties:
* Accommodation and travel arrangements
* Business trip itineraries
