About You We’re looking for someone who can build relationships with senior leaders to ensure they are leveraging the potential of their teams and align their people strategies with the overall business strategy.
You’ll report to the HR Director and business partner with the ’own label’ business unit headquartered in Grantham and a site in Ellesmere Port.

Essential Skills The ideal candidate will have:
* The ability to display personal credibility and command professional respect and confidence from others.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with colleagues and managers at all levels of the company as well as external contacts.
* Possess a passion for using evidence-based practice and analytics to inform decisions
* Computer literacy in all MS applications.
* Ability to use PowerBI (desirable).
* Assisted in the development and execution of a company culture programme (desirable).
