We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Conversion Machine Operator to join a large well established client . The primary responsibility of this role is to operate and maintain conversion machines used for converting bagging films. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:

Set up and operate conversion machines to convert bagging films or polyester materials according to production specifications.
Monitor machine performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal operation.
Perform routine checks and maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning.
Quality Control:

Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, ensuring they meet company standards and specifications.
Identify and address any defects or issues with the converted materials.
Safety and Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Adhere to company policies and industry regulations regarding the operation of conversion machinery.
Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of production runs, including quantities produced, machine settings, and any issues encountered.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating conversion machines or similar equipment, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Flexibility to work either the 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM shift or the 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift as required.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods.
Manual dexterity and ability to operate machinery and tools safely.
