Job Description:
We are delighted to be supporting our client based in Felixstowe to recruit a HR Administrator on a temporary basis, initially for 8 weeks. The successful candidate will be joining an established HR team and will be supporting with the production of key employee documents. The opportunity is open to those who currently work within HR or to those who have strong administration experience on a full time basis. 

What are the key responsibilities? 
* Employee life-cycle administration including issuing offer letters and contracts 
* Administering contract changes 
* Processing leavers 
* Supporting HR Advisors with ER casework
* Other HR admin duties as required 
What experience do I need for this role? 
* Previous HR or administration experience 
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
* Good attention to detail 
* Ability to work as part of a team
