Reed Engineering are working alongside our client who service the oil and gas industry that are looking to add a Welder to their team on a permanent basis. You will be based in the North of Aberdeen.
Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 3.30pm
Rate: £16 - £19p/hour, Over-time 1.5x up to 60hrs and 2x thereafter
Daily Duties –
* General welding and quality control of parts and materials
* Servicing and maintenance of equipment
* Complete relevant paperwork and QMS when required
* Adhering to Health and Safety procedures
* Keeping the workshop clean and tidy
Candidate Requirements –
* Time-served Welder / City & Guilds or equivalent in welding
* MIG, TIG and 3G in Flux Core techniques
* Previous experience welding aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel, and duplex
* Driving Licence
