Position: Project Manager - Food & Beverage Sector
Location: Nationwide, United Kingdom
Salary: £50,000 - £54,000 per annum, plus Car Allowance and Bonus
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee fast track fit outs within the dynamic food and beverage sector. This role requires a highly motivated individual who is adept at managing multiple projects across the nation with the ability to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fast track retail fit-out projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and design teams.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in project management, specifically within the retail sector.
- Proven track record of managing fast track fit-out projects.
- Ideally, experience within the food & beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel nationwide as required by project demands.
