Job Description:
Opus People Solutions are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor for a Property consultancy in Matlock.
The business works with a range of clients on a wide range of projects in the public and private sectors, from office buildings to schools to fire stations.

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will have:
* Comprehensive knowledge of building construction
* Degree in Building Surveying or relevant experience
* Full UK Driving License
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Building Surveying
* Understanding of planning legislation and health & safety
* Chartership preferable
