Job Description:
R13 are partnering with a reputable housing business in the recruitment of a Commercial Planner to join them on an ongoing temp basis, starting ASAP. Based in the outskirts of Norwich, you will be working 8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, and be offered an hourly rate of £16 per hour. Supporting the planning team, you will carry out outbound calls and schedule repairs and maintenance.
The day to day
* Providing administrative support to the repairs team, including organising appointments, handling purchase orders and invoices.
* Acting as a main point of contact for clients, handling queries, complaints and pricing requests.
* Maintaining finance information, including updating spreadsheets and working with the finance team, ensuring projects are within company budgets.
* Continually complying with legislations and regulations.
* Building and maintaining strong rapport internally and externally.
You will have/be
* A commercial awareness and experience in supply chain operations, with strong administrative skills.
* Financial knowledge and experience with invoicing and creating and obtaining purchase orders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
* Highly organised with a strategic and innovative approach.
* Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
